High-end appliance experts, Wilson AC & Appliance, in Dripping Springs recently remodeled their Thermador demo kitchen. If you haven't checked their showroom out, you are missing out on an amazing place to experience your dream kitchen.
In celebration of their incredible remodel, they invited distinguished guests to enjoy a Tuscan Italian cooking demo from our own Chef Dean Chambers!
Chef Dean delivered an incredible array of dishes starting with fresh bruschetta with Pecorino cheese on toasted baguette, while guests sipped on Prosecco.
Once everyone was settled in, Chef Dean prepared the primo course, risotto with peas and pancetta, sharing the secrets for making the perfect dish learned while he studied culinary arts in Italy.
Guests were then treated to the secondo course, Lamb Bistecca with mixed greens in a lime/mint vinaigrette, while Wilson's served a delicious Montepulciano from Abruzzo.
The evening ended with Affogato, a mix of Espresso, made from Thermador's own wall mounted Espresso maker poured over hand made vanilla gelato.
Guests left with a new appreciate for Thermador's newest appliances and a full belly, courtesy of Thermador, Wilson, and Freda's Kitchen.
