November 30 -- Handmade Pasta and Braised Rib Ragu
Chef Dean Chambers will be teaching participants how to make hand cut pasta from scratch, emphasizing the proper ingredients and techniques to get perfect pasta every time. Once you try fresh pasta, you may never buy boxed pasta again! He will follow that up with a tutorial on the perfect Ragu, a Tuscan Italian staple at every Sunday dinner.
Everyone will get to eat what they make and take home a recipe book to try at home.
