Korean Cuisine Cooking Workshop - February 9, 2017

Executive Chef, Uyen Pham, will lead you on a two hour tour of Korea, through the magic of Korean cuisine.  Together, you'll experience the many spices and tastes of Korea's favorite dishes.

The menu will consist of:

  • Ssam (grilled meat in lettuce wraps with steamed rice)
  • Cucumber kimchi
  • Fine julienne daikon kimchi
  • Walnut cake

After you cook together, you'll enjoy an intimate chef's table dining experience and leave with your own recipe book.
