Chef Yukon Han, native of Korea, will be sharing her family recipes as you cook together.
The menu will be:
Tofu soybean paste soup with zucchini and potatoes onions and peppers. Chap Chae (sweet potato noodles with carrots onions spinach Shiitake mushrooms). Spicy pork bulgogi (marinated in red pepper paste ginger garlic ), Kimchi on the side, rice and then a sweet cinnamon ginger punch ( hot if it’s cold that day or cold if it’s warm that day)
