An Italian Feast for Fall with Chef Daniele Panella - September 14, 2017
Savor the flavors of Italy as Chef Daniele Panella shares his family recipes for a sumptuous feast for the autumn season. You will work hands-on, cooking as family, to create a menu of:
- Polenta Crisps in Gorgonzola Fondue
- Milk Braised Pork Tenderloin
- Sauteed Lemon Green Beans and Roasted Potatoes
After you are done cooking, we'll enjoy the fruits of our labor in an intimate chef's table dining experience. You'll leave with the recipes and new group of foodie friends.
You are welcome to BYOB. We recommend a light Pinot Grigio.
